Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. It is recommended to use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
According to PayPal new refund rules release on July 2021. For both the whole refund and partial refund, the transaction fee will be borne by the seller and not be refundable. Our company has borne a large amount of refund transaction costs.
We only offer a 100% refund on the following refund request situation:
1. Product(s) with quality issues (not caused by artificial damage);
2. Product(s) delivered with damages during transportation;
3. Product(s) are out of stock and the arrival time exceeds one month;
We only offer a 96% refund on the following refund request situation:
1. Return product(s) for no reason;
2. Return product(s) because don't need them anymore;
3. Return product(s) for buying the wrong model;
Special Note: According to our rules of discount "Special offer is not available at the same time as other discounts." If you purchase our promotional products (such as Mirror Kits, Wheel Covers, Golf Cart Covers, etc.) with other discounts, and do not accept paying for the price difference. We will cancel the order and refund 96% of the product amount to your payment account.
The above are examples, and the regulation includes but is not limited to the above situation.
To complete your return, we require a screenshot of the purchase and please contact us prior to shipping the items.
Item(s) would return to our warehouse. Please always Contact Us before return the item(s) to obtain an RMA form (Return Merchandize Authorization) with the related address.
Returnable & Non-Returnable Item(s)
Item(s) that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receipt are required to meet the following criteria:
1. Faulty item(s) damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
2. Item(s) received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) do not meet your expectation within 30 days of receipt.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Item(s) that exceed the 30-day warranty.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused item(s).
3. Item(s) not purchased from our official sales channels.
4. Only regular-priced items may be refunded, promote items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged provided that the products are in new, clean condition with the original package, however, only once.
Notes: All returns must be authorized by Our Service Team via Contact Us. Returned item(s) without a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delay:
1. If your item(s) is returnable (see above), please send a message via Contact Us with your order information: Order number, Product name, Reason for return.
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours on workdays and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
3. Please return the item(s) according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof includes the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or refund case in 3 days.
Kindly note that our after-sales team will process your request between 3-6 business days. Besides, please note the refund times below:
For Credit Card refunds, you should expect a refund between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.
For PayPal refunds, you should expect up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
For Wallet(store credit) refunds, you should expect 24 hours for your account to be updated.
